The product can be diluted in a ratio of up to 15:1. We recommend higher dilution rates for washing larger pets and lower rates for smaller pets. Other shampoos that are intentionally concentrated may need a higher dilution rate, but this is not a reflection of their "effectiveness" but rather related to their essential properties and the amount of water in the product.
