The product can be diluted in a ratio of up to 15:1. We recommend higher dilution rates for washing larger pets and lower rates for smaller pets. The reasoning is that dilution helps spread the active ingredients, rather than being a functionality of the shampoo. Other shampoos that are intentionally concentrated may require a higher dilution rate, but this is not a reflection of their "effectiveness," but rather related to their essential properties and the amount of water in the product.
