Dental Care
Dental problems often arise in small mammals. In most cases, this is a direct consequence of an inadequate diet, which contributes insufficiently to the necessary natural wear and continuous growth of their teeth. With the addition of specific whole long fibres with a high silicate content in Chinchilla Complete pellets, maximum chewing activity, necessary dental wear, and good oral health are guaranteed.
Fresh Vegetables
The extrusion process allows fresh vegetables to be added to the pellets. The addition of at least 10% fresh vegetables ensures a more palatable taste. Furthermore, together with the fibres and texture of the pellets, Chinchilla Complete becomes an ideal feed for chinchillas, with a high degree of ingestion.
Long Fibres
Chinchillas are, by nature, herbivores that require a diet with a sufficiently high fibre content and a low starch content. Chinchilla Complete contains 20% crude fibre. However, the most unique aspect is the manufacturing process, which ensures that these Complete foods contain long, silicate-rich, untriturated fibres, such as those found in natural foods. These long fibres help and improve the functioning of the intestine and mouth more effectively than the finely ground fibres of classic rodent feeds.
Low Calorie
The combination of low energy content, low starch content, and high content of long dietary fibres incorporated into the same extruded pellets allows for an easily digestible and balanced diet. This way, your pet will be able to maintain its ideal weight.
Florastimul
The unique addition of prebiotics, Fructo-OligoSaccharides (FOS) and Mannan-OligoSaccharides (MOS), supports general intestinal flora. This ensures an optimal balance and good intestinal function.
Vitamin Plus
The addition of essential vitamins in Complete feeds promotes better overall health. Vitamin A is important for skin cell renewal, vision, reproduction, and metabolism. Vitamin D3 stimulates calcium/phosphorus intake, thus supporting bones. Vitamins E and C are important antioxidants that protect body cells against free radicals. These two vitamins also increase the body's natural resistance. All Complete feeds are enriched with stabilized Vitamin C. Unlike the crystalline form, stabilized Vitamin C is much less sensitive to oxidation and biodegradation, remaining active for much longer.
Pro Immunity
The addition of natural plant pigments lutein and ß-carotene contributes positively to overall resistance and condition. On the one hand, these carotenoids have the property of being powerful biological antioxidants. On the other hand, they increase the body's natural resistance by stimulating the formation of antibodies against diseases.
Optimal Coat
The addition of essential omega 3 & 6 fatty acids provides healthy skin and a silky coat. Omega 6 fatty acids are incorporated through specific vegetable oils. In turn, the extra addition of linseed in Complete feeds provides the necessary omega 3 fatty acids. This achieves an ideal ratio between omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.
Anti Hairball
Thanks to the use of specific natural fibres, the risk of hairball formation in the stomach and intestinal tract is reduced.
Odour Control
