Pro Plan Veterinary Diets DM St/ Ox Diabetes Management is a veterinary diet for adult cats, specially formulated to help regulate blood glucose levels in diabetic cats (diabetes mellitus).
A food with low carbohydrate levels to help reduce blood glucose variations and high protein levels to help reduce insulin requirements in diabetic cats.
DM St/Ox Diabetes Management has a high protein level which has been shown to reduce insulin requirements in diabetic cats. It is formulated with increased levels of the antioxidant vitamin E to reduce oxidative stress associated with diabetes.
This food is not suitable for pregnant cats, kittens, or cats requiring a low protein diet. Consultation with a veterinarian is recommended before use or extending the period of use.
