With FELIWAY® CLASSIC, you declare your home a space of well-being and reduce your cat(s)' stress behaviours. It calms them down in a new environment or in case of furniture changes, prevents urine marking or scratching.

The scent of Feliway® Classic calms stressed cats and instils confidence in unfamiliar situations. For example, when moving house, inside the carrier, in case of furniture changes or new objects, as well as in a noisy and unfamiliar environment, the artificial pheromone gives your insecure feline a sense of security and protection.
Feliway® Classic is available as a spray or as a plug-in diffuser.

Cats produce an aroma in a gland on their chin, the so-called environmental pheromone - an F3 fraction facial pheromone. When cats feel comfortable, they use this pheromone to mark objects and walls as trustworthy. In unfamiliar environments or stressful situations, this messenger substance is absent - as a result, felines often react scared or even aggressively. Therefore, they often use their home as a toilet or scratch furniture and walls, to communicate their dissatisfaction.
With Feliway® Classic products, you can easily help your cat stay calm even in difficult situations. The synthetic replica of the calming pheromone signals to your feline that they are in a safe and familiar environment.

Feliway® Classic, in the diffuser variant, is simply plugged into the socket and distributes the pheromones through the circulating ambient air. It works in an area of approx. 50-70 m2 for about 4 weeks.
The ambient spray, on the other hand, can be used in a very targeted way in particularly critical spots that your cat visits to mark territory with urine or to scratch.
With the practical transport spray, the next trip in the often disliked carrier will also be a pleasant experience. Thanks to its practical size, the transport spray fits in any bag and ensures relaxation and well-being on the go.

Instructions for use:

• Feliway® Classic Diffuser:
  • Choose a free socket in the room most affected by territorial markings or where cats spend the most time
  • Insert the Feliway® Classic diffuser into the socket so that the bottle is below the diffuser
  • Ensure that the diffuser is not obstructed by furniture or curtains, otherwise there is a risk of stain formation and the pheromones not being distributed throughout the room
  • Recommended room dimensions: 50 - 70 m²
  • For larger spaces or multi-story homes, multiple diffusers should be used
  • The Feliway® Classic diffuser should remain switched on continuously for at least 4 weeks
  • After approx. 4 weeks, the bottle (48 ml) is empty and should be replaced as needed
  • If urine marking or scratching persists during the product's use, you should not punish your cat, otherwise their stress levels may increase further
  • The Feliway® Classic diffuser helps the cat re-acclimatize to the home after a long absence
  • Tip: in case of persistent marking behaviour, in addition to the diffuser, you can also use the Feliway® Classic spray

Feliway® Classic Sprays:

• Feliway® Classic spray does not stain; however, when used on furniture, wallpaper, or walls, we recommend testing application on an inconspicuous area first
• Remove your cat from the room before application
• Shake the spray before application
• Wait approx. 15 minutes before allowing your cat back into the room treated with Feliway® Classic
• In the case of territorial urine marking, clean the urine-splashed areas with an odourless cleaning product (note: do not use perfumed, ammonia-based, biological, or bleach-containing cleaning products. These cleaning products can affect the efficacy of Feliway® Classic). Additionally, the Feliway® Classic diffuser should also be used
• To prevent scratch marking, spray the affected area once a day with 6 sprays
• To prevent scratch marking and to accustom your cat to new objects or freshly painted walls, spray them daily for a period of 14 days
• For stress-free transport, spray the carrier 15 minutes before placing your cat inside, with 1 spray in each corner and 2 sprays on the bottom and top of the transport container
• If your cat lives in a multi-cat household, apply Feliway® Classic spray as described above and increase application to twice a day for at least 45 days

Please note:

• In the event of behavioural changes/stress symptoms in your cat, you should always consult a veterinarian first to rule out possible health disorders that require treatment.
• Always read the label and product information before use.

• Do not spray into eyes, mucous membranes, or open wounds. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water and consult a specialist.
• If swallowed, seek immediate medical advice, taking the product packaging or label with you.

Danger: Highly flammable liquid and vapour. Causes serious eye irritation.
If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, and open flames. No smoking.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local and national regulations.
