Advance Veterinary Diets Atopic Medium/Maxi is a veterinary diet for dogs with atopic skin problems. It is a complete and balanced dietary food for medium and large breed dogs, developed to care for the skin in cases of atopic dermatitis and excessive hair loss, and to reduce intolerances to ingredients and nutrients.

This formula helps to protect the skin of dogs with atopic dermatitis, to reduce itching, and to restore the skin barrier, helping to control atopic flare-ups. It contains trout and potato as main ingredients, which help to reduce the risk of possible adverse food reactions.

The kibble in this food is specifically adapted to the size and needs of medium and large dogs (over 10 kg).

CHARACTERISTICS

This food contains linoleic acid (omega-6), which reduces transepidermal water loss that causes dry, flaky, and irritated skin, and also improves the appearance of skin and coat. Aloe vera helps repair and maintain skin hydration, while zinc and yeast contribute to restoring skin, coat, and skin barrier function. It contains collagen peptides, which help improve healing, and omegas 3/6 and olive leaf extract, which promote inflammation reduction and maintain skin health. Omega-3 essential fatty acids (EPA/DHA) help reduce inflammation and clinical signs of atopic dermatitis. With trout and potato, ingredients that reduce the risk of adverse food reactions.
