This food contains essential omega 3/6 fatty acids, which help reduce joint inflammation and pain. The moderate caloric content prevents overweight, reducing joint pain, and antioxidants protect against damaging free radicals. Hyaluronic acid improves the viscoelastic and lubricating properties of synovial fluid and helps prevent synovitis and reduce joint pain. Hydrolyzed collagen contributes to joint regeneration, while chondroitin and glucosamine help reduce wear and calcification of cartilage.
