Description

Advance Veterinary Diets Urinary is a complete dietary food for adult cats, formulated with urine subsaturation properties for struvite, urine acidifying properties, and a reduced magnesium content, indicated for the dissolution of struvite stones and the reduction of struvite stone recurrence.

INDICATIONS

  • Dissolution of struvite stones (RSS <1; pH <6.5);
  • Reduction of struvite stone recurrence;
  • Control of calcium oxalate stone recurrence (RSS <5);
  • Feline idiopathic cystitis.

CHARACTERISTICS

Complete and balanced daily food. With low urine relative saturation, it helps control the formation of calcium oxalate stones. With a low magnesium content, it hinders the formation of struvite stones. Optimal sodium and potassium concentration helps increase urine volume and contributes to its dilution. Moderate acidification of urine pH reduces the risk of struvite crystal formation.
