1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") regulate the use of the online platform Doggie Store, owned by:

1.2. By using the Doggie Store platform, the user ("User") declares that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms.

1.3. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must refrain from using the platform.

2. Purpose

2.1. Doggie Store provides Users with products for pets, including food, accessories, hygiene products, toys, and other related goods.

2.2. The company reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue functionalities, products, prices, campaigns, and terms of use without prior notice, except when legally required.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1. To make purchases, the User must create an account ("Account").

3.2. By creating an Account, the User declares that:

  • They are over 18 years old;

  • They have the legal capacity to enter into contracts;

  • They provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete data;

  • They will keep their password safe and confidential;

  • They assume responsibility for all actions performed through their Account.

3.3. Doggie Store may suspend or cancel Accounts that violate these Terms, show fraudulent activity, or attempt to abuse the services.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1. The User can select products and place orders through the online store.

4.2. By completing the order, the User agrees to pay:

  • The value of the products;

  • Shipping costs (when applicable);

  • Additional fees or charges associated with the payment method.

4.3. Accepted payment methods:

  • Debit/credit card;

  • MB Way;

  • Bank transfer.

4.4. Doggie Store may cancel orders when:

  • The product is unavailable;

  • Payment is refused;

  • There are indications of fraud;

  • The data provided is incorrect.

5. Shipping and Deliveries

5.1. Delivery times, costs, shipping methods, and special conditions are detailed on the official page:

5.2. The User declares to have read and agreed with this policy before finalizing the purchase.

5.3. Specific conditions such as free shipping applicable only to mainland Portugal and differentiated delivery times for Madeira, Azores, and the European Union are exclusively described in the aforementioned policy.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. The User has 14 days after receiving the order to exercise the right of free resolution, in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European legislation.

6.3. Returns must comply with the following conditions:

  • Product in its original packaging;

  • No signs of use;

  • With all accessories, labels, and documentation.

6.4. Unless due to a defect or error attributable to Doggie Store, return costs are the responsibility of the User.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content available on Doggie Store (texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, software, design, among others) is the exclusive property of DOGGIE DMPA SOLUTIONS, UNIPESSOAL LDA or its licensors.

7.2. Any use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Doggie Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use of the platform.

8.2. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or situations where exclusion is prohibited by law.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1. The processing of personal data follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2. The User can exercise their rights via the support email.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

10.2. In case of a dispute related to the use of the platform, the court of the company's head office area will have jurisdiction, except for mandatory rules applicable to the consumer.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Doggie Store.

11.2. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

11.3. Doggie Store may update these Terms at any time. The User will be notified whenever required by law.
