When is the FELIWAY Optimum Diffuser not useful?
Near the litter box: Since cats don't spend much time near their litter box, placing the diffuser here can reduce the effect. (There's no problem if the litter box is in the room where the cat spends the most time.)
Hallway: Since cats don't spend much time in hallways, placing the diffuser here can reduce the effect. (Only use it in the hallway if this is the space where your cat usually marks with urine or scratches.)
Ensure that each cat has easy access to litter boxes, water, food, and resting areas, without the risk of being blocked by another cat, to reduce tension and conflicts between your cats.
Usage Guidelines
Each diffuser refill covers an area of up to 70 m2. We recommend using an additional diffuser if the space is larger than 70 m2.
Avoid plugging the diffuser under furniture, behind doors, curtains or furniture, or near windows, doors, or air conditioning units, as this can impair or block the diffusion of the product.
Ensure the best tranquility in your home by using one FELIWAY Optimum refill every month.
Keep the diffuser plugged in continuously. Replace the electric diffuser every 6 months for best results.
You should never use a FELIWAY refill with diffusers from other brands. You should never use FELIWAY diffusers with refills from other brands.
FELIWAY "messages" are only detected by cats. It has no effect on dogs or people.
