Pro Plan Veterinary Diets OM Obesity Management is a complete veterinary diet for adult dogs, for reducing excess weight, with reduced metabolizable energy. Dogs kept in shape and with a lean body condition can live longer than overweight dogs*.
OM Obesity Management has low fat and calorie content, while being high in protein, to promote stable and effective weight loss while maintaining muscle mass. It also contains high levels of protein and fibre, to help reduce caloric intake, while also helping to maintain satiety.
Once the ideal weight is reached, your dog can continue to be fed this diet to help maintain the ideal weight.
OM Obesity Management is not recommended for dogs requiring high caloric intake, such as pregnant bitches or growing puppies, nor for animals in conditions associated with hypercatabolic states (stages 3 and 4 of chronic kidney failure, advanced heart failure).

For weight loss, the indicated amounts should be given until the desired weight is achieved. Then, follow your veterinarian's instructions until ideal body weight is reached.
The recommended period of use for glucose supply regulation is initially up to 6 months.
